Hi! I am Adriana! I am a friendly and empathetic Brazilian Coach from São Paulo.

In my early 30s, recently married, I moved to Europe, as an expat, and since then, I have worked for different companies and moved to several countries, including France, The United States, Spain and Chile. A total of 21 years of expatriation, which gave me an understanding of the challenges expats face when adjusting to new cultures and languages.

My background is in Psychology, Languages, and I have a deep interest in Personal Development.

I’m a Certified Coach, specializing in supporting expats, expat partners, and anyone looking for better performance, better health and a life of meaning and fulfillment.

I love to be outside in nature, I am a foodie, a pet lover and I’m always in the journey of  being a better version of me.

As a mobility mentor, I am here to support you, motivate you, celebrate with you, and happy to help with questions and concerns you may experience in your new life abroad.
