I am Auxilia…

Moving to a new place is the start of a new life chapter. Very exciting but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. Please reach out if you need some help. I coached hundreds of people in the midst of transition and would love to be your mentor/coach too.

I have extensive international experience and know all about new beginnings…
It’s my mission to help you collect the necessary ingredients for a meaningful, happy and authentic new life chapter and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Individual sessions and coaching journeys are always tailor made while making use of life and (new) career coaching, voice dialogue & transformational psychology, DISC, nature (outdoor), mindfulness, systemic work, archetypes and Buddhism.
