Hello, I’m Glynnis, and I’m not just a Mobility Mentor; I’m your dedicated navigator, cheerleader, and accountability partner through the exhilarating, yet challenging complexities of relocation/expatriate life. With 17+ years’ experience as an HR Global Mobility Leader, I’ve not only advised some of the world’s most prominent corporations, I’ve witnessed firsthand the unique trials and tribulations that individuals and families face when embarking on these life-altering journeys.

My story is one of transformation and adaptation. Having relocated from the tiny island paradise of Bermuda to the “United States of Texas”(it’s that big!), I understand the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies such a transition. I’ve conquered the hurdles, learned from the setbacks, thrived in my new environment, and maintained my cultural identity; just as I’ve helped countless others do the same.
