Hello there!

I’m Irina – Moldovan by origin, married to an Italian, living for 10 years in the Netherlands with 4 kids and a Scottish fold cat. In our house you will hear English, Italian, Russian and sometimes Romanian, while we embrace our dutchness.

I’m here to help you reach unparalleled heights in your career and life. With over 7 years of expert coaching and a track record of over 2000 hours, I’m a certified life and career coach. As someone who has relocated with family and experienced all the challenges, struggles and the process of rediscovering myself in a new country, I love helping those who start this journey make the best out of it. I’ve worked with hundreds of people and helped them redesign their lives and relaunch their carreers after relocation.

As a mobility mentor I can help you set clear goals, devise an effective strategy for your successful integration and career transition, rediscover your potential and inner resources to lead a happy and fulfilling life in a new country. My coaching competencies include: job search strategy, executive search, optimizing CV and LinkedIn profile, job interview strategy, personal branding, leadership, presentation skills and speech coaching.  I offer coaching sessions in English, Russian and Romanian.
