Hi ~

I would love to use my passion for helping people thrive in life, and my experience of adapting to cultures, moves, and changing work, help you create a life you adore in your new environment.  There are helpful tools, resources, and support that are beneficial for adjustment when moving — especially as you continue to live the rest of your life.

We all have multiple dimensions in our lives, not solely work. And those pieces don’t always fit together easily without some help. I believe we can not only piece them back together during change, but transform in the process and embrace our purpose. Together, we can turn challenging situations into transformative ones.

Alignment is a central theme of my work–aligning life from the inside and the outside. Disregarding any part of our self — body, mind, spirit — results in another aspect of life falling out of sync.  However, when everything is in harmony, life can feel easier, and even effortless!
