As a former co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), I, Julia Jakovleva, hold a Master’s degree in Materials Science specializing in Magnetic Semiconductors. My journey began at the innovative startup, Displair, where I initially worked as a Scrum Master in the Product Design team, actively contributing to Business Development alongside the Marketing team. This led me to a full-time role as a Business Development Manager for the Americas and Eastern Europe.

I spearheaded collaborative projects with renowned entities like Ogilvy Paris, Coca-Cola, and Bulgari. In 2013, I was headhunted by an advanced Digital Marketing Startup, assuming the position of Project Manager. At the Marketing Agency, I expanded my knowledge through online Coursera classes and effectively managed a 100,000 euros per month budget, achieving a 600% ROI and halving CPA in 2014 while working for a Legal consultancy company.

Relocating with my family to Krakow, Poland, and later to Nuremberg, Germany in 2015, I transitioned into a consulting career as a private entrepreneur, diversifying my expertise. In 2020, I initiated a private practice as a Certified Life Coach ICF, and by 2022, I earned certification as an Executive Coach. Expanding my coaching influence, I became a mentor at a coaching academy, guiding aspiring coaches. Committed to ongoing professional development, I undertook a Neurointegration Training course to enhance my coaching skills.
