I was born in Brazil, and by the age of 22 years old, I moved to The Netherlands, where I lived for 11 years.
This was a great experience, both challenging and rewarding. I’ve developed myself and learned to handle the challenges of being an outsider while being flexible enough to adjust and adapt to a new culture.

2 years ago I moved to Prague, in the Czech Republic, where I now live with my partner and my two cats.
This change of countries opened up the opportunity for a career change.
After 10 years of work experience in Human Resources, I’ve decided to become a Life & Career Coach. I’ve been developing my own business and learning how to become a better coach and business administrator.

As an Expat Life & Career Coach, I have experience working with 1-1 clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and nationalities.
I strive to empower my clients to overcome the challenges of relocating to a new country: by understanding and adapting to the new culture and environment, strengthening their relationships with themselves and their loved ones, creating their safety net and professional network, and building new meaningful relationships.
