Hello! am Yui, a Transformational Coach based in New Jersey, USA.
I am delighted to support you in your life journey as a coach, child of an expat family, and business person who has moved to unfamiliar places.
As a child of an expatriate family, I traveled to several countries during my childhood. I moved every two to three years and attended different schools in each category (three primary schools, three elementary schools, three secondary schools, and two high schools!!). I have also traveled to multiple countries for business trips and eventually moved to the USA with my family. Since 2019, I have been on a journey with my husband, baby, and chihuahua.
It has been an exciting journey, always with ups and downs. I cherish all these
experiences as they provided me with curiosity, progressiveness, and diversity-mindedness, which I value. However, I’ve never really mastered the way “finding own place in new culture” because each one is unique and demands different approaches and challenges.
My professional career as a talent and organization development consultant and co-active coach helped me to put theories and techniques into practice. I’ve been part of over 70 transition cases, which encompass enhancing team dynamics, life
transformations, and becoming more effective leaders. I suppose you are aware of acquiring techniques with pieces of training is relatively
manageable, but applying them to your unique situation differs from learning. The most important thing is connecting with yourself and the people around you. This is the moment when you can unlimit your capabilities and ignite your inner brilliance. I’ve walked the same journey as you and I can relate to the array of feelings accompanying relocation, including the thrill, the uncertainty, and homesickness. I’m here not only as an advisor but as a fellow co-journer on your voyage, someone who truly believes you can see the best and unseen exciting future of what you’re experiencing
“Embracing transition is the key ingredient to add zest to your life.”
