I’m Abdallah, a seasoned Berlin-based multilingual Career Coach and Communication Trainer, and I’m here to share my story with you. It all began in October 2015 when I volunteered to assist refugees in Berlin, helping them understand and adapt to their new home. From explaining communication norms in Germany to assisting with job searches and overcoming cultural shocks, this experience ignited my passion for coaching and training.

The positive feedback I received from those I helped filled me with a sense of fulfillment, propelling me to dedicate the past 9 years to empowering individuals and teams worldwide. Through my expertise in navigating communication across cultures and mastering effective communication techniques, I’ve coached and empowered more than 150 multinational clients and companies to master the art of cross-cultural communication, develop effective strategies to overcome culture shock, and grow professionally and personally in their new homes. From C-level corporate and start-up professionals to immigrants trying to start their careers and life in Germany, I have all that it takes to help you overcome your relocation challenges.

I am not only certified and experienced but as my Middle Eastern looks and name suggest, I have probably witnessed all kinds of culture shocks you can think of. Therefore I can certainly understand the burden and emotions associated with relocating to a new country and I wish I had a mentor back then by my side to help me throughout my journey. Fluent in German, Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Swedish, and accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner, I also hold a master’s degree in international communication and am certified in systemic coaching.

But beyond my professional credentials, my diverse interests fuel my empathetic approach to coaching. Passionate about learning languages (I speak 9!), swimming, and singing Arabic folklore songs in a choir in Berlin, I’m constantly immersing myself in new experiences. And when I’m not coaching, you’ll find me devouring audiobooks on personal and professional development, dating, relationships, mindfulness, and entrepreneurship, always seeking to expand my horizons and deepen my understanding of the human experience.
