I am Katia, Italian living in Germany, mother of two teenagers with 25 years of experience in corporate management, specialized in marketing and sales. My career has taken me around the globe, organizing sales programs, managing significant events, and leading global online and offline campaigns. My journey to becoming a mobility mentor is driven by my passion for helping expatriates find their best selves in a new country. For over 20 years, I have volunteered as a mentor and coach, offering guidance and support both within and outside the organizations I served. As an ICF-certified coach, I stand out for my transformative coaching style, team leadership, active listening, and empathetic communication.
