Hola! Hi there, I’m a creative coach and down to earth latina.
I was raised by immigrant parents in the Mexico/USA border and now live in Canada. Moving between 3 very distinct places and what I would equate as having experienced more than 9 lives taught me how important it is to express healthy ways of being in the world, making cultural integration one of my top priorities.
As a certified coach with a background in expressive arts therapy, my focus is rooted in a person-centered approach and multidisciplinary teachings drawing from Buddhism and indigenous wisdom.
With change being our only constant, my purpose as your Mobility Mentor is to guide you in discovering the essence of who you are, learn how to let go, and become hopeful for the future. Trusting that you have the power to create your life from a seed of joy.
Areas of experience include: mental health, suicide intervention, play, creativity, expressive arts, death/grief, cultural integration, & plant medicine.
