a professionally accredited coach (ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner, Licensed NLP Coach) with over 20 years of international experience in leadership and the creative industry. Originally from Italy and currently based in Thailand, I live with my intercultural family and work with clients across the globe.
With a background in Philosophy and advanced training in Solution-Focused, Systemic, and NLP Coaching, I bring a gentle yet focused approach to supporting individuals navigating change — including relocation, career transitions, and personal reinvention. My coaching is grounded in empathy, clarity, and practical strategy.
My diverse experience includes roles as an executive, producer, and trainer, enriched by a deep understanding of high sensitivity, intercultural communication, and leadership dynamics. I support both private and corporate clients in building clarity, confidence, and meaningful momentum.
