I was born in the UK and my family emigrated to the UK when i was 8 years old. I went to University in South Africa, got married and had my first child there, before returning to the UK.

My career has taken me to many places where i have relocated (mainly due to work) which has included Sub-Saharan Africa, British Virgin Islands and Dubai. These relocations have been with my family so i fully appreciate the challenges of relocating and settling into a new environment and culture, whilst maintaining performance levels at work!

I have been a qualified coach for over 20 years where i have helped a range of people from fellow employees to business owners and employees to achieve their goals.
